Multi-Campus Hospital Network
12 campuses, 6m 40s avg ER response
The Challenge
With 12 campuses, the network had no unified view of bed availability, ambulance status, or blood bank stock — each site tracked it separately, slowing emergency coordination.
Our Approach
We built a real-time command-centre dashboard on Next.js, pulling live bed, ambulance-fleet, and blood-bank data from every campus into one encrypted, map-based view.
The Result
Average ER response time across the network now sits at 6 minutes 40 seconds, with dispatch decisions made off live data.
